JJMB Compliance Services provides mobile specimen collection, drug and alcohol testing support, fingerprinting, and related compliance services for DOT and non-DOT needs in California.
2. Eligibility and Authority
You represent that you have the legal authority to request services for yourself, your organization, or the individuals being scheduled under applicable laws and regulations.
3. Scheduling and Access
Clients are responsible for providing accurate scheduling details, site access, and required participant information to avoid delays or additional charges.
4. Compliance Requirements
Services are performed according to applicable DOT/non-DOT procedures and chain-of-custody standards. Clients are responsible for selecting the appropriate test type for their program obligations.
5. Fees and Payment
Pricing, billing terms, and payment timelines are provided during booking or in client agreements. Outstanding balances may result in service suspension.
6. Confidentiality and Data Use
We handle client and participant data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations and rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. Additional fees may apply for short-notice changes, after-hours dispatches, or failed access attempts.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JJMB Compliance Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, except where prohibited by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable U.S. federal law.
